If you love boats and ships this is the place to go. My favorite thing is you can go to the boathouse and rent a rowboat or sailboat and cruise around the harbor. How many museums let you play with their toys?

Had a wonderful, full day exploring the old ships. The volunteers were knowledgeable and enjoyed telling stories about the ships' history, and the restoration work. Also got a peek at the Mayflower II being refurbished.

I have been many times as a child, and just spent 2 days in Mystic and at the Seaport with my own children, ages 5 and 3. We had the best time. Great activities for the kids and adults. Time and money well spent - educational, different, uplifting, and interesting.

Great family experience! My kids loved touring the boats, candle making, boat building and blacksmith welding with Bill. The views are amazing and most of staff was excellent. Highly recommend!
